Deuce Coupe
THAT LITTLE DEUCE COUPE - STILL CRUISIN!

Is this car something or what? Who would not love to cruise down the road in this little baby. After the car was retired from filming, it changed hands a couple of times and finally came to be the proud possession of Rick Figari of San Francisco. Rick lovingly restored it because he is, as you might have already guessed, a die-hard AMERICAN GRAFFITI fan. Interestingly enough, the Coupe might look and sound great, but it is not going to win any races anytime soon! It is the typical studio movie car - it has all the major elements that show up on the screen, but what doesn't show…well...that is why Rick had to pull and re-build the interior engine. Not only does he own a piece of movie history, but back around 1962, Rick's mom just happened to work at the Mel's Drive-In that was featured in the film.
