Josh Lucas is a promising young talent with a career on the rise. With three films that premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival, he has chosen diverse roles that are making the industry take notice.

In "American Psycho," Josh co-stars opposite Christian Bale and Reese Witherspoon in the thriller based on Bret Easton Ellis' controversial 1991 novel. The film written and directed by Mary Harron is due to be released on April 14th. Also, at Sundance, Josh could be seen in Stacy Cochran's "Drop Back 10," with James Le Gros, and "You Can Count On Me," directed by Kenneth Lonergan, which took home the Grand Jury Prize.

In the fall, he can be seen in "The Weight of Water," opposite Sean Penn and Catherine McCormack. The film, directed by Kathryn Bigelow, is the story of a newspaper photographer who researches the lurid and sensational axe murder of two women in 1873. Other films include "Heaven," directed by Stuart Burkin, "Restless," directed by Jule Gilfillan, and "Alive," directed by Frank Marshall.

Josh's theatre credits include "Corpus Christi" at the Manhattan Theatre Club and "The Picture of Dorian Grey" at the Los Angeles Theatre Center.
